Marketing Graduate

As a Marketing Graduate, you’ll be joining our small but powerful marketing team on a structured 2-year training program to gain experience in all aspects of marketing communications and events.

This job title could almost be called “Variety is the Spice of Life” because you’ll be involved in producing and compiling marketing materials, creating impressive pitch documents, assisting with event coordination, managing client data, updating the website, organizing photo shoots, conducting competitor analysis, and participating in digital marketing strategy and social media channels. We are always looking to improve our digital marketing strategy, so if you have an interest in this area, we would love to utilize your skills.

We plan and deliver around 10 events a year, and everyone on the team gets involved. These events can range from small industry-specific round table discussions to larger seminars and networking events with over 80 delegates.

In addition to the exciting marketing responsibilities, this role also offers the opportunity to gain international experience. As part of our global team, you will have the chance to work across Libraesva offices in the UK and the US. This means that you will have the chance to collaborate with colleagues from different cultures, gain exposure to different ways of working and expand your network.

Working with a wider team will provide you with a unique perspective and a great learning opportunity, as you will get to see how marketing strategies can differ depending on the region. This international experience will also help you develop important cross-cultural communication skills that will be valuable in your future career.
